We would however respectfully like to emphasise some of our Park Terms and Conditions for your benefit and ours.
Our operating season is from 1st March until 31st October.
Caravans will be sited on the pitches by the 1st of March, weather and the condition of the ground permitting.
Please observe a 5-mph speed limit within the Park. Always be aware of children, pedestrians, and cyclists. Cycling is prohibited along the tarmac access road from the entrance gate to the Caravan Park.
We cater for families and couples, but not groups.
Any person not abiding by our terms and conditions, or any regulations exhibited by management we will respectfully request them to leave, and no refund will be given.
All touring caravans and campers must phone reception on arrival. M: 07950 605 243.
All caravans staying on the Park must be comprehensively insured and we accept no responsibility caused by storm, fire, or theft, how so ever caused.
The pitch fee is based on one family per unit i.e., the owners of the caravan and their immediate family.
Max 4 persons.
Extra persons will pay the daily rate per head.
The caravan must not be sublet to persons other than the owner’s close family. These family members must be registered when booking at the beginning of the season.
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking a pitch. All seasonal bookings must be paid in advance.
Under no circumstances will refunds be made for cancellations or for pitches vacated prior to the date of departure.
All pitches must be kept clean and tidy.
Caravans, awnings, and awning extensions must fit on the gravel pitch. Large style caravans will not be permitted unless arrangement has been made with the park owner.
No open fires are to be made on Park, but portable barbeques are permitted raised off the ground.
No fuel or combustible material to be stored in the boat yard.
No noisy activity after 10.30 pm.
During the day keep noise to a minimum. Radios, TV’s etc should be used and not audible outside the caravan or awning. Consideration should always be given to other guests.
Caravan, awnings, boats, jet skis and all equipment must be fully insured by the caravan owner while on the pitch or in storage.
The proprietor and their employees are absolved from all liability for accidents to caravans, cars, campers, boats, sailing dingy, jet skis and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
No caravans may be used as a residential dwelling.
If tents or gazebos are erected there must be a 3 meter gap between the tent and your neighbouring pitch.
Dogs – dogs are allowed.
All dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to wander. All fouling must be cleared up immediately and put in the recycle bins. There is a dog exercise area along two footpaths. No dogs allowed in or around the facilities block.
Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and the use of bicycles, skateboards and other recreational games and playing on the hill covered in bracken, are done entirely at their own risk.
Please be aware there may be Adders in the under growth surrounding the Caravan Park.
Refuse must be compacted and wrapped before being placed in the appropriate recycle bins.
Large items must be disposed of at Pwllheli Recycling Centre, Glan y Don Industrial Estate, or taken home.
Emergency fire extinguishers are in the red fire boxes. In case of fire in your unit, evacuate immediately to a safe distance, raise the alarm, and contact the proprietors directly.
Electric cables must be unplugged while the caravan is unoccupied. If I fail to comply with this request, management reserve the right to remove the electrical connections in my absence.
Any cables unplugged by staff, the proprietors do not accept liability for loss or damage to property because of this.
No unaccompanied teenagers are permitted; there must be at least one adult (over 25 years) parent or guardian present.
Vehicles arriving at the caravan park, or departing, at night possibly to avoid the traffic, must inform the owners and get permission to do so. We are aware thar this has been happened and it is important that we know your whereabouts in the interest of security.
Access is not permitted from the Caravan Park to the hills facing the east or through the wooden gate to the north of the Park.
Access is permitted along the public footpath which leads to the village, located to the southern side of the Park.
Access to the boat storage area is permitted to key holders ONLY. The gate to the boat storage area must be kept closed and always locked.
The owner reserves the right to refuse the rental of a pitch and to change or amend the regulation or Terms and Conditions of Booking.
Please observe the Countryside Code and all users of the Park are requested to keep to the public footpaths and not trespass on the adjoining land.
No additional visitors to the caravan during August Bank Holiday.
